Three-story building rejected
The borough council here denied a request for a conditional use that would have allowed a three-story, multi-family building with 11 units to be constructed on Washington Street.
The council voted 5-2 Monday night against allowing Brayden and Mark Kile of MABA Holdings LLC to build a three-story apartment building at 822 Washington St. Only Council President Robert Lewis and Councilman Jay Jarrett voted to approve it.
